The parts people ask about
- What counts toward my truck count?
- An active truck, what the rules call a power unit. Trailers and converter dollies never count, so you can add all of those you run. A truck you have disposed of stops counting the day it leaves your control, and its maintenance records stay in the system because you are still required to hold them.
- What happens if a payment fails?
- The account goes read-only. Everything stays readable, and you can still build and download audit packets, because you are legally required to keep these records and that does not stop being true because a card expired. If the subscription is eventually cancelled, your records stay exportable for ninety days before we delete them, and we email you before that happens.
- Is there a contract?
- Month to month, cancel whenever. If you leave, your records stay exportable because we are not going to hold a compliance file hostage.
- Do you charge for setup?
- No. Load your own files at your own pace.
